Steven
General Manager
Steven has been in the role of GM with Greater West Childcare since 2020. With a background in Software Engineering and Corporate Management, Steven bring a wealth of experience and skills to lead the organisation forward into the digital era and look towards future expansion opportunities to grow new services.
Steven also has years of experience collaborating with local churches to see ministry outcomes achieved, and brings this collaborative mindset to our services, strengthening relationships with local churches and community groups to see our communities flourish.
Kathy
Administration Manager
Kathy has been working in OOSH since 2010, originally as the administrator for St Clair OOSH, then as the Centre Manager, and now has a role overseeing the administration across all of our centres. She is a gifted and detailed administrator, passionate about making sure all our ‘t’s are crossed and ‘i’s dotted. She is a real support to our Centres, both administratively and as a wealth of experience to learn from.
Cathie
Compliance Manager
Cathie has been working with Greater West Childcare since 2015, and brings with her many years of experience managing other OOSH services. Her industry experience means she understands the many complex requirements specific to the OOSH industry, and is able to use this experience to ensure we meet our compliance requirements. She is always looking for opportunities to train and empower our staff to go above and beyond the requirements, and is passionate about making compliance simple, and something that serves us rather than tying us down.
Liz
Finance Manager
Liz takes care of all the complexity of Financial Management along with a range of back-of-house administration tasks across Greater West Childcare. She is a skilled administrator, having worked across a range of different companies and not-for-profits over her career. She has a real passion for getting into the details and ensuring everything is completed accurately.

Leigh
CENTRE MANAGER - ST CLAIR OOSH
Leigh has been part of the team at St Clair OOSH since 2020 when she started as an Educator. Little did we know at that time that she would go on to become the Centre Manager!
Leigh is passionate about children being equipped to be all that God made them to be, and with over 20 years experience in children’s ministry and teaching, she has been a wealth of knowledge and experience for the team.

Jeremy
CENTRE MANAGER - CABOOSH
Jeremy is a young enthusiastic guy who loves life and loves kids. He is especially passionate about getting along side children with behavioural challenges, and will go above and beyond for them.
He has been working at CABOOSH since 2021, and was promoted to Centre Manager at the start of 2023.
